  • David Flitterman - Chairman

    David was the Chairman of Siemens-Gamesa North America. He has financed, developed and divested industry-leading renewable energy assets, including North America’s largest ever wind farm at the time. David is an experienced banker, having held senior roles at Deutsche Bank as the Head of Investment Banking for Southern Europe, as well as the Head of all banking for Eastern Europe. He served as CEO of EINSTEINet AG where he pioneered innovative data centre construction as early as 2002.

  • Gert Schaumburg - CFO

    Gert brings 25+ years of finance experience in healthcare, chemical, and energy sectors, previously holding the role of International CFO of GE - Onshore Wind International. Prior to this, Gert was Global CFO for the conglomerate Danaher Group.

    In these roles, Gert regularly evaluated and transacted as part of a lean team of three people on assets up to $600 million. He has extensive experience in corporate finance and developing innovative deal structures.

  • Alain Leriche - Industry Expert

    Alain Leriche has 30+ years experience in asset management and corporate finance. He is considered one of the foremost renewable investors in the world, and won the first ever wind farm in South Africa’s open market. Notably he was CEO/CFO of EDF Investments Group, leading their growth from €1.5bn to €13bn AUM. He also held various positions of responsibility within Société Générale, Natixis, Dexia, and is a board member of the United Nations Capital Development Fund. Alain has passion for impact investing, especially in Africa.

  • Nuri Temurlenk - Industry Expert

    Nuri Temurlenk has financed, developed and executed on over $10 billion in green energy projects, focusing on hydrogen, wind, solar, energy storage, and carbon capture. As business development director of Samsung C&T, his project development pipeline in Australia alone exceeds 20GW. Nuri holds a Master’s in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Yeditepe University, Turkey.

  • Olu Adeosun - Industry Expert

    Olu Adeosun has 25+ years experience in the energy sector, leading PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Energy Advisory team and holding the role of CEO of Ardova Plc. He has raised over $1.5bn in infrastructure and energy transactions. Olu is passionate about clean energy and sits on the advisory board of several renewable companies and consultancies as a specialist in project finance and fundraising.

  • Joseph Cosma - Accounting Director

    Joseph (Joe) Cosma has 24 years of experience as a Partner with EY Africa. He held various roles while at EY, including as Managing Partner for Central Africa and Head of the Africa Government & Infrastructure sector. Joseph has extensive experience working with governments, development agencies, and the private sector.

  • Rashda Rana - Legal Director

    Rashda Rana SC is an expert in commercial and construction law with extensive international experience. She has served in multiple high profile senior in-house roles, including as Senior Counsel on Saudi Arabia’s NEOM project. Rashda has handled major litigation, arbitration, and mediation across various sectors including banking, energy, and construction.

  • John Rim - Data Centre Expert

    John Rim is the former COO and CFO of Bitfarms, a major North American Bitcoin miner, and has over 25 years of executive experience. He has been involved in $3B+ of M&A transactions, with a vast banking and crypto network in North America and China.
